Greater KL and Infrastructures - Property Outlook Conference 2013


Greater KL or also known as Klang Valley is one of the 12 National Key Economic Area (NKEA) under the Economic Transformation Programme. The main aim of government is to structure Greater KL into the list of the TOP 20 most livable metropolis through out the world, also with strong economic growth. Greater KL is divided into 10 local authorities.





Greater KL has been a hot topic for property investors. The development that we see in Greater KL is largely influenced by the infrastructure available there.
